Slim Secrets- Review

Slim Secrets- Review

Hi everyone,

Happy Saturday

I have recently gifted the yummy keto range from Slim Secrets to try and review. In the range was the yummy choc love bites by Sophie Monk and the delicious bare bars.

The choc love bites are low in carbs, gluten-free, Keto-friendly, 150 calories and less, portion-controlled packs. They come in 3 different flavours; dark choc with mint, protein milk with salted caramel, and protein chocolate with crushed almonds. I loved them all but my favourite one was the salted caramel. When I’m in a need of a sweet- fix which is quite often πŸ˜‚, these are my go-to treats and I don’t need to feel guilty about eating them β™‘ They taste incredible!

The bare bars are super yummy too. They are high in protein, high in fibre, low carb, less than 140 calories, Keto friendly and 100 % natural ingredients. The come in 3 different flavours; berries and cream clean protein, double choc clean protein and Salted caramel & banana clean protein bar. I love eating these bars when I’ve had a super busy day and haven’t had much to eat. They taste super yummy and keep me full for quite some time. I love all the flavours but my fave is the salted caramel & banana clean protein bar. The bare bars are stripped clean with nothing to hide and are also guilt-free πŸ˜‰

I did it. Its official! I’m an Aussie citizen

Hi everyone,

I hope you all had a wonderful day celebrating Australia day. I know I certainly did!
Australia day was a big day for me as my family and I attended Queanbeyan park’s ‘ Australia day’ celebrations where I received my Australian citizenship, Finally after 13 years living in Australia, 32 kilos down and 9 children under my belt, I finally became an ‘official Aussie citizen’ and it feels so amazing! I’m so incredibly happy! I feel so proud to be a part of this beautiful country and I’m so excited for the future.

Australia day is also my anniversary of coming to Australia so the day was even more special for my family and I. I will cherish this special day forever. I even had my photo with Mayor Tim Overall which was lovely.
It certainly was a fantastic day and one I will never forget. Thank-you Australia for welcoming me and accepting me into your beautiful country. I am forever grateful πŸ‡¦πŸ‡ΊπŸ€©

I will never forget my British roots or where I came from and let’s face it I’m always going to sound British anyway πŸ˜‚. After 13 years here, I finally feel like I belong. πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί

I am, you are, we are Australian πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί

A big Congratulations also to the the other 80 people in the Queanabeyan Palerang region who become Aussie citizens yesterday ❀

My story is also in The Canberra Times so make sure you grab a copy if you can. I’m editing a little video of the day that I will be posting on my Igtv in the next few days

Klorane XL dry shampoo – review

Klorane XL dry shampoo – review

Hi everyone,

As a busy mum of 9 children and a woman with extremely thick hair, I don’t have a lot of time to do my hair in the mornings and just usually rock a mum bun most days. I am always on the lookout for quick and easy hair care product’s to fit into my busy schedule.

Klorane is Backed by 50 years of botanical expertise Klorane laboratories, best known for its extensive range of botanical hair care, is now proudly announcing it’s new XL dry shampoo.

Recently, I was introduced to this amazing new XL Klorane dry shampoo with oat milk. I was so excited to try it! The packaging is very simple but elegant and is also very light-weight and you could even carry it in your handbag fi you wanted. Its perfect for when you are on the go.

Did you know that these dry shampoos are so incredibly popular that one is sold every 10 seconds somewhere in the world?! How awesome is that! This formula is vegan-friendly and ultra-gentle. It’s cleansing properties use a combination of highly absorbent agents that act as sponges to help soak up dirt or serbum on the scalp. The softening and protecting agents work with pure plant extracts, leaving your hair feeling refreshed, volumized, as well as looking and smelling clean

Klorane shampoos are free from preservative, silicone, triclosan and animal-origin ingredients.

A fellow super mama and inspirational woman, Rebecca Judd who is the ambassador of Klorane, she advises to simply spray the dry shampoo onto your roots in sections from a 15cm-distance. Then leave it in for 2 minutes, allowing the excess oils to be absorbed. Then brush through your hair to remove any residue. It’s a s simple as that!

I personally have been using this dry shampoo for about a week now and my hair has never felt or looked better! It’s quick and easy to use and it smells so fresh. It also leaves my hair looking clean and smooth. I’ve always been so skeptical about dry shampoos but I’ve finally found one that works amazingly well for me. You have to try is because its incredible! My hair care routine just got easier with the Klorane dry shampoo.
