
Hi everyone,
Over the last month or so I’ve been tracking what I’ve been eating and I’ve been keeping very active, and to my surprise I’ve lost a few more kilos. I didn’t expect it at all as id hit a wall with my weight loss.
As we get closer towards the end of the year I really want to reach my weight loss goals. I’m feeling very determined to achieve my goal.I’m getting so much closer now and it’s really exciting! I only have 5 kilos left to lose.

This has been an ongoing process for me which I started almost 2 and a half years ago. I’m 35 kilos down! If you’ve been following me for a while then you would have seen my transformation unfold over that time. I thank you all for your ongoing support I am very proud of myself and how far I’ve come. It just proves that anyone can do this! I’m so glad I said “Yes” to a healthier lifestyle. My whole mindset has changed on food. I still have setbacks as I’m only human but my self control is so much better to what it was 2 years ago.
Lastly I will be toning up and Maintaining my weight and will be doing more of a low carb/paleo diet.
This week it’s going to be a big week for me as I’m going to be running and exercising everyday. I actually went for my run this morning and I worked out when I got home. I did stretches, squats, weights and tummy crunches and I ran for 30 minute’s. I hope I can keep this up. I will share my update at the end of the week and see where I’m at. if it’s a non-scale victory then that’s okay, at least I know that I’ve worked hard and that I’ve ate really well. It’s still a step in the right direction.
